Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will coordinate the pickup or provide instructions for returning the product. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

If the return is accepted, your refund will be processed through the original delivery method. Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, a refund will be issued in cash at the time of pickup or via a mutually agreed method during coordination.
5. Non-Returnable Items
